State-of-the-art equipment for perfect tools

Our milling machines offer high cutting performance with excellent accuracy, making us a very dynamic, economical machining center. We use them for soft machining of tool parts for powder and impact extrusion tools, as well as for hard machining, where high accuracy is required.

Our HSC milling machine enables us to produce copper electrodes for sink erosion machining of hard metals. It also allows us to mill hard parts up to 62HRC.

Our non-circular grinding machine opens up almost limitless machining possibilities for small, medium and large workpieces – regardless of whether in single-item, small or large series production.

With our lathes, we cover an extremely wide range of machining operations. It enables us to precisely machine large turned parts, as well as turned parts with a diameter of up to 315 mm.

We use wire erosion machines for carbide machining when high precision cutting of complex punches and dies is required.

Our start-hole EDM machines ensure gentle machining of all hard metals.

Our die-sinking EDM machines allow us to produce extremely accurate cavities and process carbides with precision. The physical-technical basis is a special manufacturing process called spark erosion – also known as electrical discharge machining.

This high-precision measuring machine enables us to measure our tool parts down to the µ.
